I just found out I was accepted at Arizona State Unversity into their dual program (MBA/MS IE)!!!!

Selling the House

Well, I am putting the house on the market this next week. I don’t know how well we’ll make out, but it will be nice to leave this area when we do. I know Antonella hates living in this rural area, and her unhappiness causes me unhappiness.
Letting my Karmic Guard down

I should’ve known that Karma would whip my ass for gloating that everything was alright-mighty-fine. I was driving to the MVA (called DMV in most other states) this past Friday to change the plates from my old car to my shiny new one, when someone rammed me from behind and smacked me into the car in front of me. Luckily and most importantly, no one was hurt. The girl that hit me hit me pretty hard. Her airbags even deployed.
As luck would have it, I hadn’t even made the first car payment yet. Boo! I think my car is fixable, though. Which is good that I won’t be upside down and buying yet another car…but let me retract that optimism before I get another Karmic Rear-ending. I won’t know until tomorrow what the verdict is.
