Looking back on the previous 2 years, the only lucky thing that has happened was Sophia coming into our lives.  Of course, it was done in an unlucky way 2 months early. 

As we have been unsuccessful in selling our house, as our lucky would dictate that once we were ready to move (following our replacement of our well), the bottom would fall out of the housing market.  We are having an open house tomorrow, and if the house happens to find a buyer, then I will know our luck has finally changed for the better.
